The Admin Activity Log
The admin activity log is a private feed that only your admins can see. It keeps a running record of every change made to your tournament or league, so there is always a clear answer to “who changed this, and when?” The same feed doubles as a private chat for your admin team, so the people running the event can talk in one place without members looking on.
What gets recorded
Every meaningful change is logged on its own, with the admin who made it and the time it happened. That includes:
- Scores – an admin editing or correcting a player’s score, and any change to a score once the event is complete
- Money – fees, expenses, payment requests, and payments that come in
- Players – registrations, players added or removed, people leaving, and unregistrations
- Roles – admins added or removed, and ownership transfers
- Setup – rounds, dates and tee times, courses and tees, and important settings
- Handicaps – handicap overrides set or removed
Nothing in the log can be edited or deleted, so it stays a trustworthy history of how the event was run.
A private admin chat
The admin feed is also a chat room just for your admins. Use it to coordinate on the day, flag something that needs a second look, or leave a note for the rest of the team. Members never see any of it.
Filter by category
As an event picks up activity the log can get long, so you can filter it. Tap a category – Money, Roster, Scoring, Setup, Lifecycle, or Chat – to narrow the feed to just those entries and find what you need quickly.
Where to find it
Open your tournament or league and go to the Activity tab, then tap the Admin chip. The chip only appears for admins, so you never have to worry about members stumbling onto it.
Unlocking the admin activity log
The admin activity log is part of Tournament Pro on a tournament and League Pro on a league. Tournament Pro is available as a yearly subscription or a one-time unlock for a single event, and League Pro is a yearly subscription that covers every league you run. Non-admins never see the admin feed either way.
